Terms and Conditions for Pack

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Pack! By downloading, installing, or using the Pack application (“App”), accessing the website, or using any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
2. Eligibility
To use Pack, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian if you are under 18. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

By uploading, posting, or otherwise making available any content through the Services, including but not limited to photos, text, and videos (“User Content”), you grant Pack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Services.
5.2 Pack Content
All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Pack and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Pack content without our prior written permission.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, and you waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit.
